The Emulex website you are about to access contains valuable proprietary and confidential information ("Confidential Information") belonging to Emulex Corporation. By entering your password and obtaining access, you acknowledge that the site contains Confidential Information belonging to Emulex and agree that:

1. You will not share or disclose or permit anyone else to share or disclose the Confidential Information to any person (individual or entity) without prior written permission from the Emulex Reseller Program Manager and
2. You will use the Confidential Information only in conjunction with your efforts to sell Emulex products.
