Emulex and Oracle have a strong relationship to support enterprise customers, with Oracle Enterprise Linux and Oracle VM supporting Emulex HBAs with their initial release. Emulex is part of the Oracle Unbreakable Linux support program and partnered with Oracle around Linux even before Oracle delivered their own operating system (Oracle Enterprise Linux) and virtualization platform (Oracle VM).
