Steve Berg, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

Steve Berg joined Emulex in September 2006 and serves as senior vice president of corporate development. Mr. Berg leads the company's development and implementation of long-range strategic corporate objectives, including the cultivation of new business opportunities and strategic relationships, while spearheading merger and acquisition activities.

Previously, Mr. Berg served as vice president and research analyst at a New York-based investment bank, Punk Ziegel & Company, and helped develop and implement a global management information system for Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase). Steve Berg holds a master's degree in business administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Mr. Berg is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
