Retirement Savings (401k):
A pre-tax compensation deferral along with a company match allow an employee to save for their retirement. Eligibility to defer compensation and the company match is first of the month following date of hire.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan:
The stock purchase plan provides employees an opportunity to become shareholders of Emulex. Eligibility for participation is 90 days employment at the beginning of the enrollment period. Shares are purchased at a discounted price.
Vacations:
Vacation days begin accruing on a pro-rata basis from date of hire.
Holidays:
Eligibility for ten paid company holidays on date of hire.
