Phone Support - Call 1-800-854-7112, follow the voice prompts:

  • Response (8am-5pm PST): The next available engineer will assist you. If all engineers are busy with customers, you will be asked to leave a message. The next available engineer will return your call. Typical response time is within 2 business hours when leaving a message.
  • Response (5pm-8am PST): Leave a message for a call back and an engineer will be notified of your call. Typical response time is 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on work load.
  • Benefits: Emulex offers 24 hour, 7 days/week telephone support. Receive fast response any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
