Jim McCluney joined Emulex in November 2003 as president and chief operating officer and was subsequently appointed to the position of president and chief executive officer in September 2006. During his tenure at Emulex, Mr. McCluney was instrumental in formulating Emulex's strategy for growth and executing on three strategic acquisitions, ServerEngines, Aarohi Communications and Sierra Logic, which have positioned Emulex for entry into new high-growth market segments. In 2008, Mr. McCluney was named “CEO of the Year” by the Technology Council of Southern California and “Outstanding Public Company CEO” from the trade group AeA of Orange County. In 2009, Mr. McCluney received an award for his Vision in Advancing Innovation and Research in the Technology Industry and his instrumental Engagement and Support of Scholarly Excellence by the School of Engineering at University of California, Irvine. In addition, Mr. McCluney recently won the National Human Relations Award from the Orange County chapter of the AJA. Prior to Emulex's acquisition of Vixel Corporation in November 2003, Mr. McCluney served as Vixel's chairman, president and chief executive officer. From October 1997 to January 1999, he served as president and chief operating officer of Crag Technologies, formerly Ridge Technologies, a storage system manufacturer. From October 1994 to September 1997, Mr. McCluney served in various executive positions at Apple Computer, including senior vice president of worldwide operations and vice president of European operations. Prior to Apple Computer, Mr. McCluney held several executive positions in the U.S. and Europe with Digital Equipment Corporation for 13 years. Mr. McCluney is heavily involved with Project Tomorrow, a business and education non-profit collaborative dedicated to enhancing K-12 science education in Orange County schools, is on the board of the Mind Research Institute, a non-profit focused on improving K-12 math education in America, is on the Dean’s Advisory Board of University of California, Irvine’s School of Engineering, is the chairman of the University of California, Irvine’s CEO Roundtable, is on the board of OCTANe, a networking organization for Orange County's information technology and biomedical industries, and on the board of PBS Socal. Mr. McCluney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in business and administration from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland.

Jeff Benck, President and Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Benck joined Emulex in May 2008 as executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO) and was subsequently appointed to the position of president and COO in August 2010. Benck oversees the company's engineering, marketing, business development, operations and sales organizations. Benck also plays a key role in contributing to the corporate strategy and is focused on diversifying the Emulex product portfolio and delivering growth through the deployment of converged networking. Previously, Benck served as president and chief operating officer at QLogic. Prior to joining QLogic, he spent 18 years at IBM, most recently serving as vice president of xSeries, BladeCenter and Retail Store Solutions development. While at IBM, Benck's focus included growth initiatives, product development, marketing and strategy, portfolio management and customer relationships. Benck is widely known for his role in establishing IBM's blade server product line. His BladeCenter team received IBM's highest honor with the IBM Chairman's Award for Client Excellence. Benck is on the board of the Discovery Science Center. Benck holds a Master of Science degree in management of technology from University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Benck is also a distinguished inventor in the computer systems field and holds 6 US patents.

Mike Rockenbach, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President
Mike Rockenbach joined Emulex in 1991 and has served as executive vice president and chief financial officer since 1997. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Rockenbach served in senior finance and accounting positions within the Company. During his tenure Mr. Rockenbach's contributions include driving several key financing transactions as well as analysis and integration of strategic acquisitions. Mike Rockenbach was also instrumental in the Company's move from the NASDAQ to the NYSE in 2003. Prior to joining Emulex, Mr. Rockenbach's experience includes various manufacturing finance and financial planning positions at Western Digital Corporation. Mr. Rockenbach holds bachelors' degrees in both accounting and finance as well as a master's degree in International Business from California State University, Fullerton.

Susan Bowman, Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities
Susan H. Bowman joined Emulex in April 2008 and serves as senior vice president of human resources and facilities. In this role, Ms. Bowman is responsible for all aspects of human resources including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations and organizational effectiveness. Susan was most recently senior vice president of human resources at 3Com. Prior to that, Susan was the executive vice president of human resources for Genuity, Inc., an Internet infrastructure and service provider company, which was acquired by Level 3 Communications. Susan has also held a number of executive positions in human resources at GTE/Verizon. Her primary areas of expertise are leading change in organizations, international human resources, developing executive teams and talent management. Susan holds a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Randall Wick, Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Randall Wick joined Emulex in June 2002 and serves as senior vice president and general counsel. Mr. Wick is responsible for strategic contracts and ensuring Emulex's compliance in all legal matters. Mr. Wick is admitted to practice law in the state of California and holds a juris doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wick served as vice president, chief operating officer and general counsel of TelOptics Corporation, a high-tech privately held company, since November 2000. The prior year he served as a legal consultant for his own firm. Previously, Mr. Wick held the positions of vice president and general counsel for Samsung Electronics America, Inc. from 1998 to 1999 and AST Research, Inc. from 1990 to 1998.

Margie Evashenk is the chief development executive at Emulex and brings more than 20 years of experience in the networked storage industry. She is responsible for leading Emulex’s global engineering team in the execution of the company’s growth strategy, which includes becoming the leader in converged networking. In this role, she is responsible for the development and support of Emulex’s complete product portfolio, while fostering innovation to ensure Emulex products maintain a competitive edge. Her view on engineering success is to blend business savvy, innovation, and efficient execution to produce results. She has also been recognized as a top woman executive in IT by the Network Products Guide Awards. She held various positions in engineering and R&D management at HP and Agilent Technologies. She started her career in ASIC supply chain management before becoming an ASIC design engineer, and eventually led an 80-person development team for Fibre Channel controllers. In 2001, she became vice president of engineering and co-founder of Sierra Logic, a venture-backed startup which produced enterprise storage routers and bridges. She played a key role in leading the company to profitability prior to its acquisition by Emulex in 2006. Margie holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of California, Davis.

Jeff Hoogenboom, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Jeff Hoogenboom joined Emulex in January 2009 and serves as senior vice president of worldwide sales. Mr. Hoogenboom leads the company's global sales team responsible for strengthening and cultivating Emulex's relationship and business with OEM customers, channel partners and enterprise end users. Previously, Jeff Hoogenboom held executive positions at Intel Corporation, LSI Corporation and Cadence Design Systems. Most recently, Mr. Hoogenboom was responsible for Cadence Design Systems' SaaS business, partner programs and emerging market development programs. Prior to Cadence, he was executive vice president of sales at LSI Corporation where he led the semiconductor sales team. Mr. Hoogenboom spent 18 years with Intel holding multiple positions including general manager of Intel's reseller channel organization, vice president of Intel's Embedded Sales Group, and vice president of IBM and Lenovo sales region. Jeff Hoogenboom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University.

Dave Goff, Emulex Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Dave Goff joined Emulex in January 2007 and serves as vice president and chief information officer (CIO). Mr. Goff is responsible for setting the company's worldwide information technology (IT) strategy and leading internal enterprise applications, product development computing, infrastructure, acquisition integration, networking and communications systems globally. With a focus on improving the company's productivity, speed and agility, Dave Goff is driving Emulex's IT execution to enable end-to-end business processes and IT efficiencies throughout the organization with a focus on showcasing and leveraging Emulex and its partners' technologies. Previously, Mr. Goff was vice president and CIO at Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC), a semiconductor company, where he oversaw enterprise applications, engineering computing and infrastructure. In this position, Dave Goff and his team implemented a host of enterprise business solutions and built a distinguished engineering compute farm, while successfully leading the IT integration for numerous acquisitions. Prior to AMCC, Mr. Goff was a regional IT manager for Texas Instruments, where he oversaw the IT infrastructure in the Western US and implemented a global web commerce system. Before Texas Instruments, Dave Goff managed worldwide IT systems and support for all business systems, wafer fabs and assembly/test activities for Silicon Systems, Inc. Mr. Goff currently serves as an advisor to the Dean’s Leadership Council at the University of California, Irvine's Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences.

Mike Riley is the senior vice president and general manager of Endace, a division of Emulex. He joined Emulex in February 2013 through its acquisition of Endace. In this role, Mr. Riley is responsible for developing and executing on Emulex’s network visibility product strategy, which spans intelligent network recording appliances, network analytics software and ultra-high speed matrix switching. This product group augments Emulex’s strategy of providing customers with industry-leading solutions to connect, monitor and manage high-performance networks in the world’s most demanding data center environments. Mr. Riley has more than 25 years of experience in the networking industry. Previously, Mr. Riley was the chief executive officer (CEO) of Endace where he oversaw Endace’s successful transition from being a component supplier into a provider of complete network recording solutions. During his tenure as CEO of Endace Mike helped the company increase its annual revenue by nearly 150 percent. Prior to joining Endace in 2006, Mr. Riley served as vice president of marketing and strategy at Network Engines, Inc., a leading manufacturer of server appliances for the security and storage networking market. In this role, he led Network Engines' marketing and corporate development initiatives, including the launch of the NS-series family of multi-functional security appliances designed to help customers meet stringent security requirements and regulatory compliance mandates in partnership with Microsoft. Before Network Engines, Mr. Riley served as chief marketing officer at Sonexis, Inc., and senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing at Artel Video Systems, Inc.

Shaun Walsh joined Emulex in 2008 and serves as senior vice president of marketing and corporate development. In this role, Mr. Walsh owns the company's corporate development strategy and identifies new market opportunities for growth. Shaun Walsh is also responsible for global marketing, including product, solution, OEM and channel marketing as well as corporate branding. Mr. Walsh brings more than 25 years of storage and networking experience to Emulex holding various executive and senior management positions at Quantum, Overland Storage, JNI, STEC, Dot Hill and QLogic. Shaun Walsh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Pepperdine University.

John Warwick, Senior Vice President of Operations
John Warwick joined Emulex in August 2006 and serves as senior vice president of operations. Mr. Warwick is responsible for managing Emulex's global manufacturing operations, which include sites in Asia, Europe, and North America. Prior to joining Emulex Mr. Warwick was senior vice president of operations for Lantronix Inc. From April 2000 to January 2003, he was a principal consultant for Pittiglio, Rabin Todd and McGrath, a management consulting firm for high technology industries. From January 1997 to April 2000, he was senior director of materials at Western Digital Corporation, a leading producer of hard disk drives. Previously, Mr. Warwick served in general management and operations management positions for companies in the personal computer industry. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University. Mr. Warwick also obtained a certification in production and inventory management from APICS.
