Joining forces with VMware, Emulex is pleased to be a Gold sponsor of this year’s HP Avnet Partner Summit held in Phoenix next week – May 15-17th. More than 200 C-level channel partners and business managers, along with key HP executives, will participate in this two- day event. This has always proven to be a strategic event for Emulex and HP given the audience and focus. Below are a few notable activities that you should know about if you’re heading out:
- Emulex and VMware sponsoring the welcome reception/dinner on May 15th at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass!
- Emulex and VMware sponsoring breakout session on Wednesday, May 16th at TWO times – 1-2pm and 3:15-4:15pm. We’re teaming up with an industry analyst to present a customer case study highlighting a HP ProLiant, VMware, and Emulex real-world deployment which segues into a discussion on HP VirtualSystem solution. Learn how Emulex I/O technology is integrated with HP VirtualSystem solutions, delivering a fast and easy path to virtualization. This session will arm partners with the information they need to transform their customers’ business with HP VirtualSystem for VMware.
- Another strategic (and timely) focus for HP Gen8 is networking – the time is ripe to educate the channel on our broad I/O capabilities with HP Gen8 for rack/tower and blades, enabling 10Gb Ethernet (10GbE), Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE), and iSCSI – all at the price of 10GbE.
We hope to see you in Phoenix!!! In the meantime, check out our website for more HP/Emulex information – http://www.emulex.com/hp/
