Emulex Blog: Connect and Converge with HP

Emulex at HP DISCOVER EMEA – this week!

Posted November 28th, 2011 by Janice Owens

Emulex is proud to be a silver sponsor at this week’s HP DISCOVER EMEA in Vienna, Austria, which kicks off this week to more than 5000 attendees. HP DISCOVER EMEA will showcase the complete ecosystem of HP and partner solutions for its Enterprise Business.

Stop by the Emulex booth in the event’s exhibit hall where we will be highlighting our 10Gb Ethernet (10GbE) and Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE) technology that supports the HP FlexFabric strategy. Frank Arrazate, technical sales at Emulex, will be presenting a 20-minute presentation around our Fibre Channel and 10GbE portfolio of solutions.

Emulex’s latest FCoE and 10GbE technology is the HP standard for connectivity – the time is now to leverage this technology in your existing ProLiant/BladeSystem and Integrity data centers. We offer choice for connectivity, whether you’re deploying converged or discrete networks. Our latest converged networking portfolio reinforces HP’s Converged Infrastructure strategy, enabling the convergence of storage, network and server resources across a 10GbE-based backbone using FCoE. Whether you’re deploying our industry-leading Fibre Channel solutions for discrete networks, or our new 10GbE converged networking portfolio, you’ll learn how Emulex is HP’s I/O vendor for infrastructure solutions for both ProLiant and Integrity platforms.

Prizes will be drawn during Frank’s presentation and also at the booth itself – stop by for a chance to win an iPad and other great prizes!

Hope to see you this week at the show! For more information on the HP/Emulex portfolio of products, please visit http://www.emulex.com/hp/
